Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized, stitched, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns on accessories, jewelry, and undergarments for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- Email our support team at care@tejsilkstore.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you must ship the product back at your own expense to the address provided by our team.
- After inspection, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues and are subject to stock availability.
- Customers must return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@tejsilkstore.com with pictures.
